Ultimate 757 Conversion to Flight1 Product
Background
Since it's release in 2009, the Ultimate 757 has required the use of an Add-On Manager. QualityWings is moving the Ultimate 757 from the Add-On manager system to the Flight1 system to provide our customers a consistent experience. All other QualityWings products have been using the Flight1 system since 2012. Customers who purchased the product prior to May 5, 2019 will be referred to as Legacy 757 Customers on this Support Page.
Legacy Ultimate 757 Customers (purchased before May 5, 2019)
All customers who purchased the Ultimate 757 prior to May 5, 2019 utilzied the Add-On manager for product activation. In order to continue using the Ultimate 757, you will need to convert your product to a Flight1 product. This process is free of charge and you will have full access to your purchased product.
To convert your product, you will need your original "QW757" Serial Number that was provided to you when you purchased the product. This serial number is in the following format:
- QW757-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX
The QW757 Serial was included in the Order Confirmation e-mail that was sent to you regardless of the webstore that the product was purchased from. If you purchased the boxed product, the Serial number is in the DVD jewel case.
Once you've located the Serial Number, go here to convert your Serial number:

Ultimate 757 Common Problems
Crash to Desktop
Legacy Ultimate 757 customers (those who purchased prior to May 5, 2019): The majority of all CTD events related to the Ultimate 757 were because of Activation Issues within the older Add-On manager. Please convert your product to a Flight1 product as described at the top of this page.
Where are the Liveries and how do I install them?
Customers who purchased the Downloadable version of the product can find Official QW liveries
here.
Boxed product customers can find the liveries on the DVD. The liveries have a file extension of .QWL.
Regardless of whether you have the download or boxed version, livery install is via the Livery/Load Manager application which installs during product installation. This program is designed to only read .QWL files and will automatically install liveries. More information about the Livery Manager can be found in the User's Manual wqhich you can find in your Start Menu Program group 'QualityWings'.
Special note for Boxed Customers: It may be necessary to copy the liveries from your DVD onto your PC Hard Drive in order for the Livery/Load Manager to read the files correctly.
